走進寧國市寧安消防科技有限公司的生產(chǎn)車間，這條貫穿廠房的半成品流水線，正是滅火器從 “金屬原材” 到 “安全裝備” 的關鍵轉化紐帶。
流水線采用懸掛式輸送 + 定點工位結合的布局：上方軌道懸持著批量金屬瓶體，通過自動化吊具依次流轉至各工序 —— 從前端的瓶體沖壓塑形，到中段的耐壓測試、表面預處理，再到后端的滅火劑灌裝前的清潔工序，每個環(huán)節(jié)都對應著專屬操作工位。車間內(nèi)的大型液壓設備、管道系統(tǒng)與輸送軌道協(xié)同運作，既保障了瓶體加工的精度，也實現(xiàn)了批量生產(chǎn)的高效銜接。
這條流水線全程遵循消防器材生產(chǎn)的嚴苛標準，每具瓶體都要經(jīng)過壓力檢測、尺寸校準等多道內(nèi)控環(huán)節(jié)，為后續(xù)充裝滅火劑、裝配閥門等工序筑牢 “硬件基礎”，是寧安消防保障產(chǎn)品品質的核心生產(chǎn)鏈路之一。

The assembly line adopts the layout of suspended conveying+fixed-point station: a lot of metal bottles are suspended on the upper rail, which are sequentially transferred to each working procedure by automatic spreader —— from the stamping and shaping of the bottles at the front end, to the pressure test and surface pretreatment in the middle section, and then to the cleaning process before filling the fire extinguishing agent at the back end, and each link corresponds to the exclusive operating station. The large-scale hydraulic equipment, pipeline system and conveying track in the workshop work together, which not only ensures the precision of bottle processing, but also realizes the efficient connection of batch production.
This assembly line follows the strict standards for the production of fire-fighting equipment, and each bottle has to go through many internal control links such as pressure detection and size calibration, which lays a solid "hardware foundation" for subsequent processes such as filling fire extinguishing agent and assembling valves. It is one of the core production links of Ning 'an fire protection product quality.
