車間里成排的圓織機(jī)是水帶 “骨架” 的塑造者:成卷的滌綸紗線先經(jīng)捻線設(shè)備合股加捻,轉(zhuǎn)化為強(qiáng)度達(dá) 12.5KN 以上的經(jīng)緯線;再由圓織機(jī)以 55-65 匝 / 10cm 的密度編織成管狀帶坯,細(xì)密的織物層為水帶筑牢承壓基礎(chǔ)。
而一旁的硫化生產(chǎn)線,則是水帶 “防水 + 耐磨” 性能的核心保障:帶坯與擠出成型的 TPU / 橡膠襯里復(fù)合后,送入蒸汽硫化設(shè)備,在 0.25-0.4MPa 壓力、130-150℃溫度下恒溫處理 30-60 分鐘,讓襯里與織物層緊密粘合,最終形成扯斷強(qiáng)度超 13MPa、耐高壓且抗老化的成品水帶。
從車間里碼放整齊的紗線卷,到硫化線上蒸汽升騰的帶坯,寧安消防水帶以 “高強(qiáng)度織物層 + 耐候襯里” 的雙層結(jié)構(gòu),適配消防救援、工業(yè)應(yīng)急等場(chǎng)景,成為火場(chǎng)供水的可靠 “生命線”。

The aside vulcanization production line is the core guarantee of the "waterproof+wear-resistant" performance of the water belt: after the belt blank is compounded with the extruded TPU/rubber lining, it is sent to steam vulcanization equipment, and treated at a constant temperature of 0.25-0.4MPa and 130-150℃ for 30-60 minutes, so that the lining and the fabric layer can be closely bonded, and finally a finished water belt with over 13MPa tear strength, high pressure resistance and aging resistance is formed.
From the neatly packed yarn coils in the workshop to the steam-rising belt blanks on the curing line, Ning 'an fire hose has a double-layer structure of "high-strength fabric layer and weather-resistant lining", which is suitable for fire rescue, industrial emergency and other scenes and becomes a reliable "lifeline" for fire water supply.
